The 1^st and 4^th Hills: Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, The Cistern, The Conqueror's District with its church-mosques Pantocrator, Pantepoptes, LUNCH: At a local restaurant in the Old City
EVENING: FREE

MONDAY:

The 1^st and 3^rd Hills: Topkapi Palace, Suleymaniye District with its great mosque and church - mosques
LUNCH: at a local restaurant in the Old City
DINNER: at a local restaurant in the land of the blind on the Asian side.

TUESDAY:

THE 6^th Hills: The Palace of Governor General on the Asian side, The St. Savior in Chora, Stroll along the walls from the Gate of Hadrianapol through the Ruins of Blachernae Palace down to the Walls of Emperor Heracles
BREAKFAST: On the Bosphoros ( Departure from the hotel at 08 00 a.m )
LUNCH: In the Old City

WEDNESDAY:

The 5^th and 2^nd Hills: The Imperial Mosque, The Church-Mosque in Trullo, Pammakaristos, The Church of Blood, Walk from the Grand Bazaar through the 2^nd Hill down to the Spice Bazaar
LUNCH : In the Grand Bazaar
DINNER : On the Asian side, Walk on the promenade along the Sea of Marmara, the ancient Propontis

THURSDAY:

The 7^th Hill: The Church-Museum of Studios, The Castle of Seven Towers, The walls and its gates, The Golden Horn and its environs, including the Islamic necropolis of Eyup.
LUNCH : at a restaurant on the 7^th Hill.
EVENING : FREE

FRIDAY:

The Bosphorus and its fortresses and villages
LUNCH: on the Bosphorus, at a place on the hills overlooking the Bosphorus, THE FOOD WILL BE SPECIALLY PREPARED FOR US
DINNER: In the Old City

As all of the guidebooks state that spring and fall are the best times to visit Istanbul, major museums such as Hagia Sophia , Topkapi Palace and Sultan Ahmet Mosque become quite crowded. For this reason, the winter months are preferable to gain a better sense of these places and enjoy them to their fullest. Istanbul's weather is quite unpredictable; you may just as likely encounter rain or snow, or beautiful, sunny spring-like weather. The tours will be held whatever the weather, come rain, snow or storm!
